Merry meet dear friends*

 

Today my heart is heavy... My Grandfather from my father's side has passed away this afternoon.... He had Alzheimer's disease and was in the hospital being treated for a chest inflamation... Me and my parents are going to the Algarve tomorrow morning... the funeral is to be held on Thursday...

So... a week has passed since I broke up....

Do I feel the same?... Yes, I do... I feel such a relief, and we are trying to stay friends (so far so good) so no reason to feel otherwise...

I am currently under some stress about my Master thesis: my supervisor is killing me with the re-analysis (statistical)... it is the fourth time I am re-doing it...GRRRRRRRRRRR (ok Misha... Breathe... pfuuuuuuuuuuuuuu).... Next week I'll be working really hard to finish my lab work to start reading papers and writing the introduction...

On some good news... This year me and my parents are going to Switzerland so expect some photobloging when I come back (same as I did last year with the "tour of France"...LOL!!! :P)

Now... some of you want to know the story of my "new" picture... Well... LOL!!!

Last Halloween me and my friend Mafalda went to a Moonspell concert (you have to hear them if you like goth metal) and they said to go in a costume... and I went...lol... I love spiders: I think they are one of my animal guides and I thought... "why not dress in black and red and just do a spider's web in my face?"... Well said, well done... I just picked my pencil eyeliner and drew the web... :P... lol!!! I loved it!!! It was a sensation at the concert...lol!!!

So... Off to bed?... Let's see if I remember any dream this night!

Some things are not meant to be forever... We all know that... and sometimes we have to take matters in our own hads... so...

Yesterday I broke up with my boyfriend... 7 years relashionship... Goddess it felt bad, but it was also an extreme relief associated with it... I do not love him anymore so no point in living a lie...

But this blog is not about him... it is about me...

Now I have to find myself again... Dear friends I know your were and are always there... Thank you for you support...

I am now listening to my favorite Black metal band... Immortal...my favorite music... Blashyrk... lol...Goddess I missed this song...

My Book of Shadows in being renewed... I have also to dedicate myself properly to the Goddess... I am a priestess now... Finished my first year as a Dianic practitioner...

I am finding myself again... I am finally being me again... and I'M LOVING IT!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sad today... Just a lot on my mind lately... Why do we have to choose things in life?...Why cannot this be as simple as following a path without crossroads or obstacles...?

Why are changes so hard to accept?... To change is be alive... I want to change my life...but I'm feeling some hard time doing it... I think I've accomodated myself to my life as it is right now... I am too lazy to change...but some things are meant to be changed...

We have (i have) to have the courage to do it... To allow myself to be free, to express myself in the different ways that I love, to write, to sing out loud...to be my true self... i feel like i've been living a lie... Sadly, I think I have... it is not just a feeling... it is a certainty... I know that I've not been living in my shoes...

Once I wrote to a dear friend of mine: WHy do we have to label each other...? Am I the Metal loving girl... the headbanger chick?!?! Or am I the sweet Wiccan who only wants to help?... Why cannot I be both of them...? the sweet impulsive wiccan that is a nature's force and unleashes her power when listening to Metal? Why do we have to label others as well?...

Why do opinions matter?... Can we just live our lives without being judged?... Can we live our lives without having to justify to others?...
